i. Ontically, motion is recognized as a fact;
ii. but motion as such is a problem;
iii. if solved, then motion thereby becomes a universal character of Being.
iv. Fundamental determination of Being and radical interpretation of οὐσία become possible.
φύσις, world.112 κίνησις is not merely one state among others, but is an essential determination. Therefore motion as a mode of Being is fundamental. World, beings pure and simple, wherein each and every being is. Motion is ontologically central, even as something ontic. On the basis of motion: the ontological analysis is not a mere expansion and supplementation of what has preceded; on the contrary, it is a fundamental and more radical apprehension of these beings, the φύσει ὄντα
